Namun sekali sekala aku merasakan betapa sunyinye perasaan ini.

Hospital Window

Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room.
One man was allowed to sit up in his bed for an hour each afternoon to help drain the fluid from his lungs. His bed was next to the room's only window.
The other man had to spend all his time flat on his back.
The men talked for hours on end. They spoke of their wives and families, their homes, their jobs, their involvement in the military service, where they had been on vacation.
Every afternoon when the man in the bed by the window could sit up, he would pass the time by describing to his roommate all the things he could see outside the window.
The man in the other bed began to live for those one hour periods where his world would be broadened and enlivened by all the activity and color of the world outside.
The window overlooked a park with a lovely lake. Ducks and swans played on the water while children sailed their model boats. Young lovers walked arm in arm amidst flowers of every color and a fine view of the city skyline could be seen in the distance.
As the man by the window described all this in exquisite detail, the man on the other side of the room would close his eyes and imagine the picturesque scene.
One warm afternoon the man by the window described a parade passing by.
Although the other man couldn't hear the band - he could see it. In his mind's eye as the gentleman by the window portrayed it with descriptive words.
Days and weeks passed.
One morning, the day nurse arrived to bring water for their baths only to find the lifeless body of the man by the window, who had died peacefully in his sleep. She was saddened and called the hospital attendants to take the body away.
As soon as it seemed appropriate, the other man asked if he could be moved next to the window. The nurse was happy to make the switch, and after making sure he was comfortable, she left him alone.
Slowly, painfully, he propped himself up on one elbow to take his first look at the real world outside. He strained to slowly turn to look out the window beside the bed.
It faced a blank wall.
The man asked the nurse what could have compelled his deceased roommate who had described such wonderful things outside this window.
The nurse responded that the man was blind and could not even see the wall.
She said, "Perhaps he just wanted to encourage you."
Epilogue:
There is tremendous happiness in making others happy, despite our own situations.
Shared grief is half the sorrow, but happiness when shared, is doubled.
If you want to feel rich, just count all the things you have that money can't buy.

Aku rasa sering jugak aku nasihat orang supaya tidak menjadi orang ke tiga dalam mana-mana perhubungan pun.namun hakikatnye aku sendiri tidak boleh lari dari menjadi orang ketigamakin dijauhkan makin hendak dekat.sedangkan mulut ini berbuih menasihatkan insan lain.tapi aku tidak mampu menasihatkan diri ini.



jika tidak masakan hari ini aku mati-mati membencinya, namun esok terserlah keinginan aku untuk bersamanya kembali.kenapa tidak sahaja aku tetapkan pendirian bahawa aku seharusnya hanya seorang dalam dirinya atau sahaja aku berundur.bukan tak pernah aku cuba lari.namun pelik makin cepat aku larikan kaki ini, semakin dekat aku kepadanya.seolah-olah aku hanya berlari kepada treadmill. larian yang secara fiziknya tidak berubah kedudukan.

Kenapa aku benci wanita?

bukanlah niatku untuk membenci seseorang insan bernama perempuan. Malah hatiku pernah terbuka untuk mencintai 3 orang perempuan (bukan pada masa yang sama). Dan sebanyak itulah hati aku terluka dilukai oleh insan bernama perempuan, wanita, girls atau women. Pengalaman lalu sudah cukup untuk mematahkan semangat aku untuk kembali mencintai kaum hawa ini. tak sanggup rasanya untuk aku terluka untuk sekelian kalinya.

Bukan tiada perempuan yang ingin membuka hati ini, namun kehadiran mereka dalam diriku hanya mengharapkan sesuatu yg dinamakan duit. Tiada keikhlasan dalam bercinta. Kenapa perlu mendampingiku untuk wang. aku bukanlah insan yang berwang. itu semua adalah hak milik papa dan akan kekal miliknya..Aku berharap mungkin suatu hari nanti perasaan aku kembali kepada insan yang bernama wanita yang cukup ikhlas mencintai aku seadanya. Menjadi seorang ibu kepada anak-anak ku. seorang yang dapat membantu aku ke jalan yang Benar. namun buat masa kini biarkan aku dengan keadaan aku sekarang. aku selesa begini. hidup tanpa wanita (kecuali keluargaku... aku mengharapkan kehadiran wanita2 tersebut)

Company sponsorship

Services

EDS catalogs its services into three service portfolios which are Infrastructure, Applications and Business Process Outsourcing.[4] Infrastructure services includes maintaining the operation of part or all of a client's computer and communications infrastructure, such as networks, mainframes, "midrange" and Web servers, desktops and laptops, and printers. Applications services involves the developing, integrating, and/or maintaining of applications software for clients. Business process outsourcing includes performing a business function for a client, like payroll, call centers, insurance claims processing, and so forth.

Partners

EDS establishes a number of business alliances[5] with other companies in the EDS Global Alliance program. The alliances are grouped into three groups, Agility Alliances, Solution Alliances and Technology Alliances.

The EDS Agility Alliance has worked on a range of projects, notably its Agile Enterprise[6] architecture, EDS' next-generation global delivery system which EDS claims[citation needed] will be both cheaper to operate and more adaptable to business change. Major clients

Most of EDS's clients are very large companies and governments that need services from a company of EDS's scale. EDS's largest clients include General Motors, Bank Of America, Arcandor, Kraft, United States Navy, the UK Ministry of Defence and the Royal Dutch Shell.

EDS formed the National Heritage Insurance Company in 1996. The creation of this subsidiary is to manage Medicare Part B services on behalf of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), formerly the Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA). NHIC handles call center, claims processing and payment, fraud investigations, physician enrollment etc. in many states of the US.

Another large EDS client is the United States Navy. In 2000, they won a contract for the creation of a US$9 billion intranet linking the Navy and the Marine Corps, which was set to late 2006, but on March 24, 2006 was extended to 2010, adding $3 billion to the accumulated contract worth. This initiative is known as the Navy Marine Corps Intranet, or simply NMCI. In 2004, NMCI accounted for about 4% of EDS's revenue. NMCI has been called the largest private network in the world, with approximately 400,000 "seats". EDS is providing the network, desktops, laptops, servers, telephones, video-conferencing, satellite transceivers, and overall management of the intranet.[7]

Following on to the NMCI type of services, EDS in March 2005 won a US$4 billion contract with the UK Ministry of Defence[8] to "consolidate numerous existing information networks into a single next-generation infrastructure.... The network will provide seamless interaction between headquarters, battlefield support and the front line, linking about 150,000 desktop terminals and 340,000 users in approximately 2,000 locations...."

In February 2008 EDS signed a US$1 billion contract with the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, one of the largest IT projects ever undertaken in Asia.

Of historical significance, just prior to the overthrow of the Shah of Iran, EDS was the IT company that developed the Iranian social security information system. During the 1979 overthrow, several EDS employees were detained by the transitioning government of Iran, causing H. Ross Perot to undertake extraordinary clandestine measures to get these employees out of Iran.[9] These events were recounted in Ken Follett's book On Wings of Eagles.

Controversy

  • In November 2001, a £300 million PFI (Private Finance Initiative) to supply the UK's Ministry of Defence with a payroll system encountered serious problems which threatened to stop the pay of over 30,000 personnel. EDS could not deliver the system and was allegedly rescued by a government bailout.[10]
  • In December 2003, EDS lost a 10-year £3 billion contract to run the UK Inland Revenue IT services after a series of serious delays in the payment of tax credits, the contract instead being awarded to the company Cap Gemini. EDS had operated systems for the Inland Revenue since 1994 but the performance of its system had been low, causing late arrival of tax credit payments for hundreds of thousands of people.[11][12]
  • In 2004, EDS was criticised by the UK's National Audit Office for its work on IT systems for the UK's CSA (Child Support Agency) which ran seriously over budget causing problems which led to the resignation of the CSA's head, Doug Smith on 2004-11-27. The system's rollout had been two years late and following its introduction in March 2003 the CSA was obliged to write off £1 billion in claims, while £750 million in child support payments from absent parents remained uncollected. An internal EDS memo was leaked that admitted that the CSA's system was "badly designed, badly tested and badly implemented". UK MPs described it as an "appalling waste of public money" and called for it to be scrapped.[13]
  • In 2006, EDS' Joint Personnel Administration (JPA) system for the RAF led to thousands of personnel not receiving correct pay due to "processing errors". EDS and MoD staff were reported to have "no definitive explanations for the errors".[14][15]
  • In September 2007 EDS paid $500,000 to settle an action by the US Securities and Exchange Commission regarding charges related to overstatement of its contract revenues in 2001 - 2003. At the time these caused a fall in share prices in 2002 which led to legal action against EDS from US shareholder groups.[16][17]
  • On 2007-10-16, British TV company BSkyB claimed £709m compensation from EDS, claiming that EDS' failure to meet its agreed service standards resulted not just from incompetence, but from fraud and deceit in the way it pitched for the contract.[17]

Leadership change

EDS announced on 19 July 2007 that its board of directors had unanimously elected Ronald A. Rittenmeyer, currently president and chief operating officer, as president and chief executive officer, effective September 1, 2007. Rittenmeyer was also elected to the company’s board of directors, effective immediately.

On December 4, 2007, Rittenmeyer[19] was elected EDS Chairman of the Board. Michael H. Jordan, who has served as EDS’ chairman and chief executive officer since March 2003, became chairman emeritus and stepped down from the board of directors. Both appointments became effective December 31, 2007. Jordan, who joined EDS in March 2003, remains with EDS and serves as a strategic adviser to the company’s senior leadership team.

1.Redakan stress
Walaupun doktor belum tahu mengapa stress yang berlebihan dapat mengurangi hitungan sperma, mempraktikkan teknik-teknik meredakan stress seperti biofeedback atau relaksasi otot progresif ada manafaatnya. Usahakan agar ghairah anda memuncak kerana laki-laki yang sangat terangsang ketika sedang bersanggama memancarkan semen lebih banyak dan menghasilkan sperma lebih kuat. Usahakan agar percumbuan atau foreplay anda berlangsung sekurangnya 20 menit.

2. Tambah pengambilan vitamin C.
Kekurangan vitamin C boleh menyebabkan sperma menggumpal, dan hal ini mencapai 16 persen di antara semua laki-laki yang mandul. Dan beberapa studi telah menunjukkan bahwa suplemen vitamin C setiap hari ternyata meningkatkan kesuburan di kalangan laki-laki perokok. Vitamin C adalah antioksidan yang membuat membran-membran sel menjadi stabil dan ini bermanfaat bagi sperma. Buah-buahan seperti limau, mangga, tembikai, strawberi dan sayuran seperti brokoli, tomato adalah makanan yang kaya dengan vitamin C.


3.Atur jadwal.
Hindari hubungan intim selama dua hingga lima hari sebelum pasangan menurut akan mengalami ovulasi. Ini akan meningkatkan hitungan sperma, dan percentage sperma sihat yang akan dipancarkan akan lebih tinggi.


4.Jangan bersukan berlebihan.
Orang yang bersukan secara keterlaluan boleh mengurangi hitungan sperma mereka kerana suhu yang meningkat di sekitar testis selama kegiatan yang sangat mengerahkan tenaga. Dalam sebuah studi di AS, para peneliti menemukan bahwa para pelari yang berlatih lebih daripada 90 kilometer seminggu mempunyai hitungan sperma lebih rendah dan sel-sel sperma kurang matang daripada laki-laki berlari kurang daripada 50 kilometer seminggu. Namun, latihan aerobik yang sederhana seperti berjalan cepat atau berenang, tiga kali seminggu, masing-masing selama 20 minit, tidak akan mempengaruhi produksi sperma


5. Pakai seluar boxer
Walaupun mungkin tidak seefektif yang diyakini oleh sebagian orang, mengganti seluar dalam ketat dengan seluar boxer mungkin dapat menaikkan hitungan sperma , kerana testis akan lebih sejuk.

6. Turunkan berat beberapa kilogram.
Apabila anda terlebih berat badan, menurunkan berat beberapa kilogram mungkin meningkatkan kesuburan anda. Apabila anda terlebih berat badan, jaringan lemak dapat membungkus testis anda, menaikkan suhu di situ dan membunuh sperma di dalamnya


7. Cermati antibiotik yang anda ambil.
Walaupun antibiotik begitu berperanan dalam kemandulan, ada beberapa jenis yang terbukti mempengaruhi mutu sperma dengan menurunkan hitungan sperma dan kelincahan gerak sperma, atau kemampuan "berenang" sperma. Yang tergolong kelompok ini adalah nitrofuran, contohnya nitrofurazone, dan macrolides, misalnya eritromisin.


8. Simpan pelincir Anda.
Jeli atau bahan pelincir lain mungkin membuatkan hubungan intim lebih lancar, tetapi bahan ini dapat mengurangi kelincahan sperma, apalagi kalau yang mengandung spermisida.


9.Berhenti merokok.
Jika anda merokok, peluang anda untuk menjadi seorang ayah terbang bersama asap rokok.
