b).Solution Engineer - Presales Security
Job Responsibilities: | Promoting, proposing, supporting and deploying the security projects, in Trend Micro, Symantec, and others in firewall, VPN, NAC, etc. |
Technical Requirement / Certifications: | Certifications in Trend Micro, Symantec and/or CCSP or CISSP will be an advantage. |
Core Competencies: | Good communication and presentation skills. Innovative, willing to learn and able to work independently. |

2.ITMC Assistant Customer Engineer (Based in Kulim )
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor 24X7 GEMS ticket queue and mail
Technical Support for window 2000 / XP OS platform and all future Microsoft OS Platform (installation, setup,configuration & troubleshooting)
Technical Support for Microsoft Office 2003 applications and Intel Apps according to scripts provided.
Work following the CWW shift to provide on site support for all desktop,laptops,servers and applications in Manufacturing and Logistics area
Competencies / Technical Requirement / Certification
* Minimum Degree holder in Computer Science/ Information Technology
* Have good phone communication and interpersonal skills/ Customer Relations Handling
* Have good PC knowledge, excellent knowledge in using Microsoft Office tools such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel will be an advantage
* Have good English communication skills
* Minimum 1- 2 years of experience
* Fresh Graduates are also welcome
3. RMA Helpdesk (Urgently Require )
Job Responsibilities:
To manage IT warranty claim request via telephone calls, web and e-mail requests from corporate customers in Asia Pacific Region
to collate RMA orders in generate statistical reports for analysis purpose.
To address and monitor any issues reported and follow up pending requests or return status
Competencies / Technical Requirement / Certification
* Minimum Diploma holder in Business Administration / Computer Science/ Information Technology
* Have good phone communication and interpersonal skills/ Customer Relations Handling
* Have good PC knowledge, excellent knowledge in using Microsoft Office tools such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel will be an advantage
* Have good English and Mandarin communication skills
* Candidates with statistical analytical skills would be an advantage
* Able to work as team under Helpdesk Team Leader

4.DSS ( Desk Side Service) Assistant Customer Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Attend to all GEMS tickets assignment and resolution
Technical Support for window 2000 / XP OS platform and all future Microsoft OS Platform (installation, setup,configuration & troubleshooting)
Timely escalation for 2nd level support
Maintain PC service center in each Intel location
Coordinating the warranty claims and returns with manufacturing (OEM/vendors)
Asset & Inventory Control with minimum risk and discrepancy where possible.
Focus on Customer Satisfaction at any point of time.
Activity Log and IPRO resolution quality must account for every action and relating incident
Provide coverage for other CE whenever there’s a need.
Competencies / Technical Requirement / Certification

5.GSM Support
Qualifications/Competencies/Skills
1. SPM/STPM/Certificate/ Diploma in IT
2. Demonstrates knowledge and experience in technical hardware and software analysis, diagnosis, and troublshooting.
3. Demonstrates ability to think and work independently to achieve goals
4. Good communication skill, and interpersonal skill with the ability to work with people of all organization levels.
5. Self motivated, and must be willing to work after-office hours.
6. Some OS knowledge on servers with Windows Server 2000/2003.
7. Some SQL server knowledge.
8. Some knowledge on Unix / Linux basic commands, CCNA will be added advantage.
9. Some knowledge on the security area such as intruders’ detection and malicious activities detection will be added advantage.

Problem resolution services for technical issues involving supported products;
